Please Note:
We receive many calls and show many interested people the building. Once you have decided to rent and the date is open, please fill out a Rental Agreement form immediately and make your deposit so that we can officially book your date. No assumptions will be made. Bookings are only official once a deposit and Rental Agreement form have been given to us from the renter(s).
